Yamcolo Enlargement Water Storage for Sale

The Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District is very pleased to be in a position to be able to offer 525 AF of Yamcolo Enlargement Water Storage for sale. The offer is open to the public and is for agricultural use within the District, for the 2025 irrigation season only.

Interested parties might wish to purchase a larger volume of water storage than is available for sale; the District will try to meet all requests, otherwise we’ll follow a random draw lottery system, among those submitting a valid application. The water amount sold will be 25 AF, or in multiples of 25 AF.
