Tour of Yamcolo and Stagecoach Reservoirs

Join the Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District staff for a tour of their facilities at Yamcolo Reservoir in the Flattops and at the Stagecoach Dam and John R. Fetcher Hydroelectric Power Plant. Learn more about the Upper Yampa River Basin starting at the headwaters and moving downstream to the basin’s largest reservoir. A tour of the facilities at Yamcolo and Stagecoach will provide an in-depth look at water management on the Yampa River and highlight some current water projects in the area.

Must register to attend. Attendees are responsible for transportation to each location.

Tour begins at Yamcolo Reservoir at 9am. Tour ends at Stagecoach Reservoir at 1pm.
