NOTICE OF PROPOSED BUDGET (2023)
UPPER YAMPA WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed budget of the Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the District for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2023. The proposed budget is available for public review on the District’s website: www.upperyampawater.com. In addition, the public may make arrangements to examine a hard copy of the proposed budget at the offices of the District at 2220 Curve Plaza, Suite 201, Steamboat Springs, Colorado by calling (970) 439-1082 or by e-mail to kcraig@upperyampawater.com. The proposed budget will be considered for adoption at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the District to be held on Wednesday November 16, 2022 beginning at 12:00 PM. Instructions for the public to join in and participate in this meeting are provided on the District’s website. Any interested elector of the District may file any objections to the proposed budget at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget by the Board, by mail at P.O.
